Job summary

Kindred Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead our design team through growth. You will own the end-to-end member experience across web and mobile, guiding a team of five and working with cross-functional leaders to shape the product roadmap.

You will set the vision, lead the team, and actively prototype and build on key projects, leveraging AI-first approaches. Remote-first with in-person gatherings at the SF HQ.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years leading and managing design teams.
• Experience partnering with marketing/brand.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality design for marketplaces or community-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member experience across web and mobile.
• Lead and grow the design and research team (currently five).
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape product direction.
