Job summary

Redesign Health is seeking a research-driven, product-minded Director of Product Design to discover, design, and build agentic products that power our most important decisions—from founders we back to the people we hire and the partners we work with.

This is a senior individual-contributor role where you will own the full arc from user research to shipping a front end with AI-native tools, working with engineers, and raising the bar for what AI-native product design can achieve.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and shipping software, with substantial user research ownership.
• Strong design practice across interaction, information architecture, and product thinking, with a portfolio of usable, beautiful products.
• Completely reinvented workflow around AI; built front ends with Claude/Claude Code; comfortable with HTML/CSS and a modern component framework like React.

Responsibilities

• Embed with investment, talent, and global development teams to understand workflows and translate insights into AI-enabled product direction.
• Design information architecture and interfaces for humans and agents, focusing on memory and failure recovery as product surfaces.
• Build frontend work with AI design and prototyping tools; own the frontend alongside engineers who handle backend work.
