This is a 100% remote role, coordinating with US and India teams. You will mentor designers, craft systems, prototypes, and AI‑enabled workflows, ensuring accessibility and quality across product areas.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant product design experience leading high‑impact initiatives across multiple teams or product areas
Exceptional portfolio showing staff-level craft, product judgment, customer empathy, systems thinking, measurable impact and shipped product quality
Experience shaping product direction beyond a single feature or team, connecting adjacent workflows into coherent experiences

Responsibilities

Lead design strategy and execution for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and workflows
Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear experience direction
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to clarify problem spaces and align teams around outcomes
Create prototypes, flows, and high‑fidelity designs that make complex ideas tangible and testable
Identify design debt and inconsistencies and drive practical improvements
Shape AI‑enabled workflows and intelligent interfaces
Mentor senior designers through critique, coaching, and design rationale
Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment
