Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a craft-obsessed Product Designer to own end-to-end design for high-impact areas, from concept to shipped execution. You will apply interaction, visual, and IA fundamentals to solve real contractor problems and help define AI-powered experiences where traditional rules don’t fully apply.

You will sketch, prototype, and test ideas at various fidelities, collaborating with Product and Engineering to move fast while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
• Experience shipping complex, high-quality features for a SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for high-impact product areas.
• Apply strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture fundamentals.
• Help define new interaction patterns for agentic and AI-powered experiences.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity to validate decisions quickly.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to align on goals, move fast, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, invite feedback, and participate in critique.
• Contribute to our design system, keeping it consistent, scalable, and useful.
