Job summary

Redesign Health is seeking a research-driven, product-minded Director of Product Design to discover, design, and build agentic products that power our most important decisions—founders we back, concepts we pursue, people we hire, investors we work with, and partners we support.

This senior IC role requires owning the full arc from user research to shipping a working frontend with AI-native tools, with founder-level ownership, researcher empathy, and design craft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and shipping software products with user research ownership.
• Strong design practice across interaction, information architecture, and product thinking; strong visual design.
• Completely reinvented workflow around AI; front ends built with Claude and AI tools.
• Product management instincts: strategy, prioritization, metrics, build decisions.
• Experience around healthcare or investment software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to understand workflows and uncover tool failures.
• Design products that are information architecture and high-craft visual design.
• Build front ends yourself; own the frontend alongside engineers.
• Own the product workflows; set strategy and measure impact.
• Share patterns back to core systems and mentor across the firm.
