Job summary

Levy at Lumen Field in Seattle seeks a General Manager of Suites to lead all Suites operations within the Premium Hospitality Department, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing partner satisfaction.

This role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in premium food and beverage, large-scale operations, and team development; reports to the Director of Premium Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or premium hospitality.
• Experience managing premium operations with multimillion-dollar revenues and 50+ staff.
• Experience in high-profile venues like stadiums, arenas, convention centers, or luxury hotels.
• Strong business and financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Suites department.
• Partner with the Director of Premium to elevate suite experiences.
• Mentor the Suites Manager and lead staff development.
• Lead MLS and NFL season planning, budgets, and event readiness.
• Oversee menu design with culinary team and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, payment, and alcohol regulations.
• Produce monthly reporting and financial action planning.
• Collaborate with departments for seamless event execution.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff, building accountability.
• Oversee safety training and risk management.
