Qualifications

• 4+ years in a food & beverage operations role with 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy and hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of premium operations.
• Recruiting and training team members to Levy standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results with location leaders.
• Lead event planning and preparation for premium spaces.
• Develop menus with the culinary team for premium areas.
• Ensure use of Catering Sales System and Suites Management System.
• Maintain collateral for promotions and premium offers.
• Coordinate with partners to execute the premium vision for events.
• Conduct monthly financial reporting and action planning.
• Manage inventory, safety training, and incident logs.
