Levy at Lumen Field is seeking a General Manager of Suites to lead all premium hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results. You will oversee the Suites department, mentor staff, and partner with the Director of Premium to elevate client service.

The role requires 5+ years in premium hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar operations with a 50+ person team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or premium hospitality.
• Proven track record managing premium operations with multimillion-dollar revenues and 50+ staff.
• Experience delivering guest experiences in high-volume venues like stadiums, arenas, convention centers, or luxury hotels.
• Strong business and financial skills, including budget ownership, forecasting, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Advanced computer literacy including Excel, databases, and event management systems.
• Demonstrated success in developing leaders and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Suites department.
• Partner with the Director of Premium to elevate suite experiences for clients and guests.
• Mentor, coach, and guide the Suites Manager.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial action planning.
• Oversee safety training, compliance audits, and risk management.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.
