Levy Restaurants in New York is seeking a Director of Premium to manage the Premium department (Suites, Clubs and Restaurants) to deliver exceptional guest experiences, partner satisfaction, and strong financial performance. Ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader from high-end dining with a focus on people and quality standards.

The role requires overseeing premium operations, staffing, training, and collaboration with culinary to develop premium menus, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

4+ years in food & beverage operations, with 2+ in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred.
High level of computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel as required and weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of premium operations.
Recruit and train team members to Levy standards.
Drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
Lead event preparation and season planning.
Build relationships with regular guests and suite holders.
Coordinate with culinary and purchasing teams on par levels.
