Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a VIP Suites Supervisor at Lumen Field in Seattle to lead day-of-event operations in premium VIP Suite areas. You will coach the service team, coordinate with culinary and stadium partners, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all suite spaces.

Ideal candidates have hospitality supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to maintain premium hospitality standards while addressing guest needs during events.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods while engaging VIP guests.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass background check and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-of-event operations for premium VIP Suite areas.
• Supervise, coach, and support service team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with culinary, beverage, logistics, and stadium partners for seamless event execution.
• Oversee suite readiness, presentation standards, and all guest-facing service touchpoints.
• Serve as the on-site contact for suite holders and VIP guests.
• Monitor staffing levels and direct team members during events.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure suites meet premium hospitality standards and service expectations.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and inventory controls.
• Complete event documentation and post-event reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
