Levy at Barclays Center seeks a General Manager of Suites to lead all Suites operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing partner satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in premium food & beverage, large-scale operations, and team development. Reports to the Director of Operations and supervises the Suites Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or premium hospitality.
• Experience managing premium operations with multimillion-dollar revenues and 50+ staff.
• Experience in high-volume venues such as stadiums, arenas, or convention centers.
• Budget ownership, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Strong computer literacy including Excel, databases, and event systems.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Suites department.
• Mentor the Suites Manager and guide the team to high performance.
• Participate in all BEO meetings and maintain strong guest relations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hourly staff, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction, retention, and financial results.
• Oversee menu design with culinary team and cost alignment.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting and financial action planning.
