Job summary

Nexcess is seeking a Senior Director of Implementations to unify and scale our post-sale implementation organization across three business units. You will dismantle the current fragmented structure and build a single, scalable delivery engine, owning migrations and sign-off velocity while aligning with sales, product, and engineering.

You will shape the delivery motions, determine the balance between human-led and self-service approaches, and establish reliable metrics and tooling to drive value

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience building or transforming professional services teams.
• Experience leading implementation or migration programs for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to design and execute operational metrics and reporting.
