Nexcess is building a unified implementation organization to own the customer journey from signed deal through go-live across all three business units. The Senior Director will dismantle the fragmented model and rebuild it as a single, scalable organization servicing all units, with a common methodology and standardized delivery motions.

This leadership role focuses on post-sale migrations, scalable processes, and reliable measurement.

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience building, scaling, or rebuilding a professional services/implementation organization.
• Experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or a closely related technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading delivery for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Experience redesigning teams, processes, operating models, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of implementation economics, capacity planning, and time-to-value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full post-sale journey from signed deal through go-live, including migrations.
• Rebuild the implementation and migration teams into a single organization across three units.
• Establish one shared implementation methodology and quality standards.
• Assess current team structures and redesign roles, staffing, and reporting lines.
• Build hiring, leveling, and career development strategies for the org.
• Define reliable measurement and reporting for implementation performance.
• Define KPIs: time-to-value, migration success, duration, and first-90-day churn.
• Select and manage tooling for PSA, project management, ticketing, and related systems.
