• Deep knowledge of how the public sector buys and contracts.
• A network across government and industry with senior-level credibility.
• Builder's instinct for standing up something new and leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex software value to government audiences.
• Excellent judgment and communication with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own Altana's revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical and translate strategy into a concrete plan.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large-scale government opportunities.
• Build and own the vertical's pipeline and forecast with careful risk assessment.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operations to strategy.
• Own partner relationships (systems integrators, primes, teaming partners).
• Collaborate with GPS leaders to align verticals with company objectives.
• Coordinate across teams to surface needs early and inform product strategy.
• Provide market and policy signals to inform pricing and roadmap.
