Job summary

Altana seeks a founding Head of Policy & National Security to drive growth in the public sector. You will own revenue and opportunities across agencies, manage a field of sellers, and translate Altana's value to government decision-makers.

You will shape strategy, build senior relationships, and coordinate with GPS leaders to align with company goals. Based in New York, Washington, DC, or London with hybrid work; US/UK salary ranges reflect the global scope and security considerations of

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector buys and contracts.
• A network across government and industry to activate at senior levels.
• Builder's instinct; leads complex, new initiatives with influence.
• Ability to translate advanced software value to government use cases.
• Excellent judgment and communication for senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical with a concrete plan and targets.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships with systems integrators, primes, and teaming partners.
• Collaborate with GPS leaders to align verticals with company objectives.
