Altana is hiring a founding Head of Resilience & Network to grow, manage, and run this GPS vertical globally. You will own revenue growth, build a field team, manage pipelines, and shape opportunities with senior agency decision-makers.

This is a foundational role with cross-functional collaboration across product, pricing, and strategy. You will lead complex, large-scale government opportunities, navigate procurement cycles, and drive durable, long-term programs while aligning with Altana's

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys and contract strategies.
• Strong network across government and industry; credibility with senior leaders.
• Builder's instinct for standing up new initiatives and leading complex efforts.
• Ability to translate complex software value into government case and procurements.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue growth for Resilience & Network in GPS; define strategy and target agencies.
• Manage field sales teams, pipeline, and forecast for large-scale government opportunities.
• Build and own the Resilience & Network pipeline and pursue long-term agency bets.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop cross-agency relationships and expand partner networks to win programs.
