Altana is seeking a founding Head of Policy & National Security to drive growth across the US, UK, and global public sectors. You will own the end-to-end revenue engine for this vertical, shape opportunities, and build a durable book of business with senior government stakeholders and partners.

The role blends strategy, deal execution, and cross-functional leadership. The position offers hybrid work options with a focus on high-impact outcomes, a market-competitive base, and potential for equity

Formación

• Significant public-sector sales leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of how gov buyers operate and contract mechanisms.
• Extensive network across government and industry.
• Ability to drive long sales cycles and large programs.
• Excellent judgment and clear, concise communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue growth for Policy & National Security vertical, define strategy and pipeline.
• Lead a field of sellers, manage pipeline and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships from operational to strategic levels across agencies.
• Manage partner relationships (systems integrators, primes, teaming partners).
• Collaborate with GPS leaders to align with company objectives.
• Anticipate pursuit requirements, coordinate across teams, surface needs early.
• Feed policy signals into product, pricing, and strategy, defining personas and outcomes.
