Job summary

Altana in Washington, DC is hiring the founding Head of Resilience & Network to own the growth of a new vertical focused on public-sector opportunities. You will lead a field, shape the go-to-market strategy, and drive long-term agency bets into win programs across the GPS domain.

You will build relationships with government decision-makers, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure the vertical aligns with Altana's broader mission in trade, resilience, and national security.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys and contracts.
• A network across government and industry you can activate.
• Builder's instinct to stand up something new and scale it.
• Ability to translate complex software and policy into government value.

Responsibilities

• Own Altana's revenue growth for Resilience & Network and translate strategy into action.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Build and own the Resilience & Network pipeline and forecast across agencies.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
