Job summary

Altana is recruiting for a founding Head of Policy & National Security. Based in New York, Washington, DC, or London with hybrid flexibility, you will own revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical and shape strategies to win major government programs.

You will manage and grow a field of sellers, shape opportunities, build strategic relationships across agencies, and collaborate with the GPS leadership to align objectives and drive the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector buys and contracts.
• A broad network across government and industry you can activate.
• Ability to build new programs and lead teams.
• Comfort translating complex value to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Altana's revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline and forecast.
• Build and own the vertical's pipeline and forecast for complex government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships with system integrators, primes, and teaming partners.
• Coordinate with GPS leaders to align verticals with company objectives.
• Anticipate pursuit requirements and surface needs across teams.
• Feed policy signals into Product, pricing, and strategy to drive the roadmap.
