Altana is hiring the founding Head of Resilience & Network to build and run a global business within its GPS group. You will own revenue growth, shape opportunities, and lead a field of sellers pursuing large-scale government programs, while coordinating with product, pricing, and leadership to drive transformation.

You will develop relationships across agencies, navigate complex procurement, and activate Altana's broader network with partners to win programs and expand impact in the public

Competenze

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership, with a track record of growing the pipeline and the team.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys: you've shaped opportunities and made real calls on deal strategies with an understanding of different contracting mechanisms.
• A network across government and industry you can activate, and the credibility to operate at the senior level.
• A builder's instinct: you've led complex efforts, you operate effectively through influence, and you're energized by standing up something new.
• The ability to carry complex, high-intellectual-content software into government; fluency in trade, supply chains, geopolitics, and national security use cases is a strong plus.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders independently and translate complex value into a clear case.
• The patience and optimism to prevail in long government procurement cycles.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Security Clearance.

• Own the partner relationships that extend the vertical's reach — systems integrators, primes, teaming partners — activating Altana's broader network to open doors, shape opportunities, and win programs together.
• Work alongside the other Head of Resilience & Network leaders to position Altana across the full set of GPS and company-wide objectives, so the verticals add up to more than the sum of their parts.
• Anticipate what each pursuit will require and surface those needs internally early, coordinating across teams you don't directly control.
• Feed Resilience & Network signal — budget cycles, policy shifts, competitive intel, real agency needs — into Product, pricing, and company strategy, and own the personas and mission outcomes that help drive the product roadmap.
