Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required; more experience may compensate.
• Seven years in player development or casino promotions with client retention emphasis.
• Tribal casino experience is preferred; multi-language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the casino's values and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Lead development strategies and align with brand service initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership for Player Development operations and staffing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and cross-department collaborations to enhance guest experience.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; develop staffing plans to meet guest expectations.
• Assess initiatives and devise strategies to increase revenue with executive alignment.
• Analyze marketing trends and regulatory updates to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and consistent delivery of hospitality standards.
