Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced VIP host to build and sustain relationships with high-value players, enroll them in the Players Club, and drive gaming revenue while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will coordinate VIP events, manage client accounts, use CMP/CRM systems, and collaborate with Marketing, Gaming, and Resorts teams. A Bachelor’s degree and several years in guest services are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
4 years in gaming, hospitality, or account management in guest service roles required.
2 years as a casino host or in player development focusing on VIP relationship management.

Responsibilities

Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify values with guest service and professionalism.
Engage in proactive sales to enroll high-value gaming guests into the Players Club and VIP base.
Build and sustain relationships with VIP clients to meet gaming revenue goals.
Coordinate VIP events and host trips, including out-of-state activities.
Manage VIP client accounts with attention to preferences and history.
Use casino CRM systems to track engagement and outcomes.
Assist with telemarketing campaigns to invite high-value clients to events.
