The role defines the vision, strategy and plans to drive sales, revenue growth and market expansion across Quest services including precision medicine, health analytics, biopharma services, and related offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare experience or equivalent education and experience.
• 5-8 years leading a large team of commercial executives in Pharma channel.
• Experience selling services to pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry under CAP/CLIA, FDA and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial team serving the Pharma and Life Sciences channel and execute go-to-market strategy to meet sales targets.
• Direct a team of sales directors, account managers, and business development managers.
• Oversee pipeline management and maintain communication with business and executive leadership.
• Develop annual strategic plans for sales growth and retention in the Pharma channel.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and manage risks to growth.
• Engage with external partners to maintain and grow relationships.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and collaborate with operations, medical, legal and regulatory teams.
• Lead commercial operations team and develop pricing and positioning strategies.
