Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pharma commercialization, brand strategy, launch planning, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, payer, and market access considerations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning for pharmaceutical brands across pre-launch, launch, and growth phases.
• Develop integrated go-to-market strategies—channel strategy, stakeholder engagement, customer journey planning, and activation frameworks.
• Analyze market dynamics, competition, and reimbursement environments to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Integrate market access considerations into brand strategy and support stakeholder segmentation across HCPs, payers, and patients.
• Partner with Brand Strategy and Creative to align scientific differentiation with commercial opportunity.
• Shape omnichannel engagement and activation plans across digital and in-person ecosystems.
