Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in performance marketing or digital media with multi-channel scaling.
• Experience managing large paid media spend and measuring impact on acquisition and revenue.
• Strong understanding of attribution, LTV, and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable media decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Brex's paid media strategy and investment across Brand and Growth; drive pipeline and revenue.
• Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar media budget balancing volume, LTV and revenue.
• Build an in-house digital media center of excellence and shift from agency models.
• Scale paid search and paid social; expand to YouTube, connected TV, programmatic and more.
• Develop a full-funnel investment strategy linking brand and demand.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Data, and Finance to improve measurement and budgeting.
• Translate attribution and customer journey data into insights for decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing performance marketing team; drive rapid experimentation.
