Qualifications

• 8+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Manage $30M+ annual paid media spend.
• Expert in LTV, ROI, revenue optimization.
• Proven success with full-funnel strategies.
• Experience across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels.

Responsibilities

• Own Brex's paid media strategy across Brand and Growth.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar media budget.
• Lead in-house media center of excellence.
• Scale paid search, paid social, expand to YouTube and TV.
• Develop a full-funnel investment strategy.
• Collaborate to improve measurement and forecasting.
• Drive rapid experimentation and optimize campaigns.
• Guide messaging with Brand and Creative teams.
• Develop and mentor the performance marketing team.
