Responsibilities

• Own Brex's paid media strategy and investment across Brand and Growth, accountable for qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar media budget, balancing acquisition volume, LTV, and incremental revenue.
• Build an in-house digital media center of excellence, transitioning brand media buying from an agency model.
• Scale existing paid search and paid social programs, while expanding investment in YouTube, connected TV, programmatic, and upper-funnel channels.
• Develop an integrated full-funnel investment strategy linking demand creation to downstream revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Data, and Finance to improve measurement, forecasting, budget pacing, and allocation.
• Translate attribution and customer journey data into actionable insights and reporting.
• Drive rapid experimentation across channels, audiences, and creative to improve campaigns.
• Lead and develop a growing performance marketing team with scalable execution practices and AI-enabled workflows.
