You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across an expanding portfolio of channels while partnering with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

You will scale an established acquisition engine, build an in-house center of excellence for performance and brand media buying, and lead a growing team of marketers.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media.
• Experience scaling multichannel advertising programs.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Brex's paid media strategy and investment across Brand and Growth.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar media budget and optimize for CAC/LTV.
• Build an in-house media center of excellence and scale campaigns.
• Expand investment in YouTube, connected TV, and programmatic channels.
• Develop full-funnel strategies connecting brand to revenue outcomes.
• Lead and develop a growing performance marketing team.
