Brex is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead to drive multi-channel customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the paid media strategy, scale an in-house center of excellence, and manage a multimillion-dollar budget across brand and demand channels.

You will partner with Finance, Data, and Marketing Ops to optimize measurement, attribution, and pacing. You will lead a growing team, experiment rapidly, and shape a rapidly expanding media budget after strategic changes.

Formación

• 8+ years in performance marketing with multichannel scaling.
• Experience managing $30M+ annual paid media spend.
• Strong knowledge of LTV, ROI, and revenue-based optimization.
• Ability to develop full-funnel media strategies.
• Hands-on with video, connected TV, programmatic, and brand media; plus paid social and search.

Responsabilidades

• Own Brex's paid media strategy and investments across channels.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar media budget and optimize for CAC and revenue.
• Build an in-house center of excellence for media buying.
• Scale paid search, paid social, YouTube, CTV, and programmatic programs.
• Develop an integrated full-funnel investment strategy linking brand and demand.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data, and Finance to improve measurement and budgeting.
• Translate attribution data into actionable insights and reporting.
• Lead and develop a growing performance marketing team.
