Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a leader to run our creative engine for paid social video ads. You will hire and head a pod of creative strategists and performance editors, setting the cadence, concepts and throughputs from insight to launch and iteration.

You will translate performance data into creative frameworks, build out personas, and own the end-to-end testing system with a library of learnings. Relocation to Austin is expected for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance creative and/or direct-response marketing with ownership of paid video.
• You have personally led a team producing video ads at volume.
• Experience marketing physical products direct to consumer.
• DTC or CPG background. Supplements, wellness, beauty, or fitness is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the creative engine. Hire and lead a pod of creative strategists and performance editors.
• Set the concept volume, testing cadence, and the standard; own the pipeline from insight to launch and iterate.
• Translate performance data into creative frameworks—angles, hooks, formats, and lanes across products.
• Own the creative testing system with structured hypotheses and learning loops; build a library of what works.
