Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Creative Strategy to define the creative direction for paid media, creator partnerships, and product launches. You will own performance outcomes and architect scalable creative systems across channels.

You will lead a team of strategists and editors, partner with product and CX, and translate consumer insights into high-impact messaging that drives CAC-efficient growth.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in creative strategy and/or performance marketing.
• Experience in DTC or CPG.
• Deep understanding of paid creative systems.
• Strong instincts for female-focused wellness brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the creative direction across paid platforms.
• Lead performance creative strategy and testing roadmaps.
• Align creator content with performance goals and scale formats.
• Hire and mentor creative strategists and editors for rapid iteration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on launches and messaging.
