This 100% remote contract role requires 8+ years in performance marketing and 5+ years leading creative teams, plus expertise in Meta Ads metrics and rapid testing.

You will lead a remote team of strategists and AI video producers, align with Paid Media and Operations, and relentlessly optimize for scale across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing, direct-response, or creative strategy.
• 5+ years leading creative or performance marketing teams.
• Proven mastery of Meta Ads metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate) and high-volume video testing.
• Experience scaling direct-response lead generation campaigns, preferably local business/home services.
• Structured, data-first mindset: TEST ➔ MEASURE ➔ KILL ➔ ITERATE ➔ WIN ➔ SCALE.

Responsabilités

• Video Performance Engine: set up rapid testing pipeline for many short-form concepts monthly.
• Creative Decay & Strategy: analyze Meta data to identify winning hooks and offers; replace decaying creatives quickly.
• Team Leadership & Systems: lead remote team of Creative Strategists, AI Video Producers, freelancers with clear accountability.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: work with Paid Media and Operations to scale winning formulas across thousands of accounts.
