Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a leader to run the creative engine for performance video ads. You will hire and lead a pod of strategists and editors, translating performance data into creative frameworks and set the cadence from insight to launch.

You’ll own the testing system and content acquisition, ensuring output is performance-driven and on-brand. You’ll guide creative across the full customer journey, collaborating with Growth, Data, Product, and CX to optimize CAC and growth while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance creative and/or direct-response marketing with ownership of paid video.
• Led a team producing video ads at volume, in-house or at a performance creative shop.
• Experience marketing physical products direct to consumer.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the creative engine with a pod of strategists and editors.
• Translate performance data into creative frameworks and scale personas.
• Own the creative testing system with hypotheses, reads, and learning loops.
• Direct creator and UGC output; write briefs and manage content acquisition end-to-end.
• Set visual and tonal guardrails to maintain Everyday Dose’s identity while driving conversions.
• Collaborate across product launches, CX, and growth to optimize CAC and ROI.
