Job summary

Clever Digital Marketing is seeking a senior creative strategist to elevate thinking, research, and strategy across Paid Social and Paid Search. You will drive concept development, testing, and repeatable systems to scale performance for US/Canada clients.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers, editors, and CRO, leveraging AI-powered workflows to speed briefs and production while maintaining high creative standards. Remote-friendly, Austin-based with occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-focused creative strategy.
• Deep understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and short-form storytelling skills.
• Track record of developing concepts from customer research and performance data.
• Advanced experience using AI for research, analysis, ideation, or creative enablement.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new creative with original concepts for video and static ads.
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to uncover new insights.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable briefs and testing hypotheses.
• Build CDM's creative-strategy frameworks, briefs, and learning repositories.
• Coach team members and align messaging with CRO and landing-page experiences.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to accelerate research and production.
