Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is hiring a senior leader to run the creative engine for paid video ads.

You will hire and lead a pod of creative strategists and editors, set the concept volume, testing cadence, and the pipeline from insight to launch to read and iterate. You will translate performance data into creative frameworks, build personas, and own content acquisition, guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration across product, CX, and Growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance creative and/or direct-response marketing with paid video ownership.
• Led a team producing video ads at volume, in-house or at an agency with scalable output.
• Experience marketing physical products direct to consumer; DTC/CPG background preferred.
• Strong numeric fluency: hooks, hold, CVR, CPA, blended CAC, LTV.
• Proven ability to translate data into creative strategy and lanes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the creative engine; hire and lead a pod of strategists and editors.
• Set concept volume, testing cadence, and the pipeline from insight to launch.
• Own the creative testing system with clear learning loops and documentation.
• Direct creator and UGC output; write briefs and manage content acquisition end-to-end.
• Set visual and tonal guardrails for Everyday Dose across the customer journey.
