Job summary

Agency Collective is seeking a senior performance-creative leader to shape repeatable thinking for ecommerce and direct-response brands. You will oversee copy, design and video decisions, provide precise feedback, and coach a team of makers while balancing experimentation with brand standards.

You will build a structured testing and learning system, leverage AI judiciously, and ensure fast, high-quality outputs across campaigns. This role blends hands-on creation with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with track record in performance-creative for ecommerce/direct-response brands.
• Ability to lead copy, design and video decisions with precise feedback.
• Experience reading performance data to distinguish insight from noise.
• Experience building productive creative teams or processes and using AI without sacrificing originality or factual accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Audit live creative and briefs; build a concept taxonomy and identify top angles and formats.
• Establish a buyer-to-creative feedback rhythm and success metrics.
• Lead prioritized concept tests with clear hypotheses and reduce revisions.
• Build a searchable record of tests and learnings; demonstrate repeatable research-to-brief-to-test cycles.
• Provide coaching for designers, editors, and creators; maintain brand standards and approvals.
