Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Head of Creative to lead the Performance Design department. You will manage design and motion contractors, shape strategy, and drive performance through data-informed creative.

Expect ownership of budgets, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration with paid media and client success teams. You’ll report to senior leadership and influence major deliverables while building scalable systems, testing, and learning to position creative

Competenze

5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs, just as much as reviewing a creative brief.

Mansioni

Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
Ensure all work meets craft and conversion benchmarks — great looking and built to perform.
Review and elevate creative across paid social, display, video, and landing page formats.
Build systems and workflows that support excellent creative output for clients internally and externally.
Own and manage the department P&L and budgeting decisions.
Lead adoption of AI creative tools across the team.
