Directive Consulting, a remote-first B2B marketing agency, seeks a Head of Creative to lead the Performance Design department. You will own creative strategy, oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers and motion contractors, and drive performance-focused outputs that balance quality with business outcomes.

You will partner with paid media and client success, present strategic and financial projections to executives, and champion AI-enabled production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and balancing creative quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs, as well as reviewing a creative brief.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative vision and quality standard for the Performance Design department.
• Scale team and workflows; manage designers and motion contractors.
• Partner with paid media and client success to ensure data-informed creative from the start.
• Represent the department in new business pitches, cross-sell opportunities, and leadership meetings.
• Own and manage the department P&L and monitor margins and staffing decisions.
• Lead adoption of AI creative tools and integrate them into real production workflows.
