Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a senior HRIS/People Technology leader in Menlo Park to own core platforms (Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Ashby) and their integrations. You will leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work, while ensuring data integrity, security, and audit readiness across all People systems.

You will lead platform operations, drive process improvements, and co-own the People Tech and AI roadmap with the PMO, guiding a team of analysts and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable HR

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS or HR technology with configuration, integration and delivery experience.
• 4+ years of people management leading HRIS, systems, or integration teams.
• Deep Workday expertise (Security, Business Processes, Reporting/RaaS) including global implementations.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems beyond Workday such as ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby.
• Strong operating discipline: release management, change control, incident and problem management, SLA ownership, SOX/privacy controls.
• Experience applying AI or GenAI to HR operations (ticket deflection, data-quality monitoring, test/release automation).
• Proven ability to influence leaders and prioritize against operational realities.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Platform operations for Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and Ashby plus integrations; manage vendor releases and stabilization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness across People systems (SOX, GDPR, privacy).
• Oversee service excellence with incident, problem, and request management and defined SLAs.
• Drive AI-driven automation: ticket deflection, data-hygiene monitoring, automated regression testing.
• Operationalize, maintain, and support AI products and skills in production with robust runbooks and monitoring.
• Contribute to roadmap by prioritizing operational friction into requirements; co-own People Tech and AI roadmap with PMO.
• Manage vendor and integration-partner relationships (Workday, ServiceNow, Ashby) and ensure alignment with contracts and roadmaps.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of People Systems Analysts and Integration Engineers.
