Qualifications

• Proven experience driving architectural strategy and technical roadmaps for enterprise HR platforms, specifically Workday HCM, security frameworks, and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in evaluating and operationalizing Workday AI innovations, agentic AI agents, and intelligent automated workflows.
• Active Workday Pro certifications (e.g., Workday Pro HCM, Workday Pro Security, Workday Pro Reporting, or Workday Pro Integrations) or Workday Integration Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solutioning & Tool Evaluation
• Operates at two altitudes: high-level solution shaping and deep technical design.
• Evaluates build-vs-buy and native-platform-vs-purpose-built tradeoffs on their technical merits.
• Maintains fluency across adjacent IT domains (integration, infrastructure, security, data).
• Partners with other IT teams as a peer convener for cross-team solutioning sessions.
• Leads and mentors with informal leadership, promoting knowledge transfer.
