Samsara’s Staff AI Engineer (People team) leads design, development, and operation of AI-powered HR tools and workflows. You will bridge HR experts and engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions that automate onboarding, performance, rewards, and HR data processes across the business.

You will integrate with Workday, Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and related platforms while exploring new AI technologies and driving measurable improvements in People operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 8+ years building and scaling production-grade enterprise applications and integrations.
• Hands-on with large language model (LLM) apps and AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and APIs.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms and core enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and operate secure, scalable HR tech solutions and AI workflows.
• Lead roadmap planning and experimentation frameworks for HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps in data, tools, and processes, and drive improvements.
• Integrate HR systems with Workday, Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Enable end users with documentation, training, and support for HR tech systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical HR applications.
• Collaborate with People team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impact.
