Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a People Systems Analyst on the People Technology team to bridge HR stakeholders and the platforms that power their work. You will own discovery, requirements, testing, and end-to-end delivery for HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby.

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days per week in Menlo Park, Dublin, or Bellevue, WA, and you will leverage Snowflake AI tools to automate processes and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR systems analysis with discovery, requirements, testing and deployment ownership.
• Experience leading UAT and regression testing end-to-end.
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate needs into clear system requirements.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations and enhancements.
• Create test plans and coordinate cross-functional testers.
• Administer and support HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby.
• Triage issues, track defects, and coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance across platforms.
• Document configurations and assist end-user training.
• Leverage Snowflake AI tools to automate tasks.
