Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role. You will shape the technology ecosystem for People and Community, lead HR systems governance, analytics, and employee listening platforms, and advise senior leaders on platform investments, risk, and responsible AI.

With 10+ years of experience and a strong Workday background, you will build teams, govern data, ensure security and compliance, and partner across HR, IT, Finance and Legal to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday: configuration, security, testing and support; Workday integrations common in postings.
• HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality, translating questions into insights.
• System implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization across modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, security: handling sensitive employee data, access controls, audit support, policy/compliance.
• Project, program and change management: managing timelines, risks, budgets, testing cycles, change impacts.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, talent data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year technology strategy for People and Community systems, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Govern HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology forums and ensure data privacy and equitable decisions.
• Build and lead the HR systems and analytics team; ensure development opportunities and succession.
• Own intake and prioritization of technology requests, balancing value, risk and standards.
• Act as process owner for internal controls and audit evidence; safeguard employee data.
