Job summary

Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a data-driven role to own the People data pipeline and recurring reporting across HRIS/ATS systems. You will define consistent metrics like attrition, headcount, and compa-ratio, and build agentic AI workflows to reduce manual work.

You will collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and CHRO to drive an AI adoption roadmap. You will own dashboards, board reports, and QBR data packages, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery while promoting AI-enabled processes

Qualifications

• Experience pulling data from HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms via API or structured export.
• Strong scripting or SQL skills to reconcile, validate, and transform data across sources.
• People domain fluency: understand comp bands, rating scales, attrition calculations.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping repeatable, agent-run workflows with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the People data pipeline across BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and ChartHop, replacing manual exports for recurring reporting.
• Own the monthly people metrics dashboard, the quarterly QBR data package, and board-level workforce reporting.
• Set definitions for attrition, headcount, time-to-fill, and compa-ratio to align Finance, PBPs, and CHRO.
• Find and fix data-quality issues before they reach a board meeting.
• Partner with People Ops and PBPs to define new metrics, including AI adoption metrics with no system of record today.
• Build and ship agentic AI workflows that run People processes end to end, starting with attrition risk flagging and survey synthesis.
• Drive the People AI adoption roadmap from building to piloting to full rollout, tagging tasks as Human-led, AI-led, or Hybrid.
• Own the data layer of the AI Workforce Transformation Tracker in partnership with People Ops and Technology/AI.
• Encourage AI usage across teams and grow fluency as tools evolve.
