Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Head of Data to own and scale the company’s data foundation. You will design pipelines, models, and contracts that enable AI agents and teams to trust data, while partnering with Finance, Sales, and Product for consistent numbers.

You’ll lead as a player-coach, delivering major AI-powered initiatives quarterly and growing the data function as demand grows, all while staying neutral to business units and focusing on data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience building production data pipelines into a cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to define data contracts and governance for AI systems.
• Proven track record leading data teams.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and design data infrastructure, pipelines, and ETL/ELT for a data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain trusted data models, tests, and lineage.
• Define a centralized definitions library for data semantics.
• Set and enforce data contracts for internal AI and analytics.
• Ensure data used by Finance, Sales, and Product is aligned and traceable.
