Job summary

Fundraise Up in the United States seeks a Head of Data to own and guarantee the company’s data foundation. You will design, build, and run production pipelines feeding our data warehouse, own data models, tests, and contracts, and ensure trustworthy business numbers across Finance, Sales, and Product.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you’ll code directly, lead a small team, and drive an AI-powered initiative each quarter while expanding the function as it proves its value.

Qualifications

• Built and run production data pipelines into a cloud data warehouse.
• Created a trusted, self-serve data layer with tests and observability.
• Defined contracts between data platforms and consuming systems.
• Shipped AI/ML to production and evaluated ideas for business value.
• Provided dependable data for analytics, finance, and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure, pipelines, and data freshness.
• Define and govern data models, tests, and lineage.
• Set and maintain data contracts and semantic standards.
• Lead as a player-coach and deliver quarterly AI initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to align metrics.
