Job summary

You will launch the account, stand up the team, and run it day to day against SLA and quality commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy & operations, BizOps, management consulting, or operations leadership.
• Strong bias for action, structured problem solving, and comfort with data; SQL a plus.
• Experience leading teams, including offshore or vendor teams, with strong client presence and clear communication.

• We're bringing on a large enterprise customer and need an operator to launch the client successfully.
