Job summary

Fast Pace Health in the United States seeks a seasoned Payer Enrollment Specialist to manage credentialing and payer enrollment for multiple locations. You will ensure accurate provider data, oversee the enrollment lifecycle, and coordinate with payers and regulatory bodies.

The role requires multi-state enrollment experience, familiarity with PECOS, CAQH, Availity or similar portals, and adherence to enrollment regulations. This is a full-time hourly position promoting teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive payer enrollment experience in multi-location healthcare.
• Multi-state payer enrollment experience preferred.
• Experience with PECOS and Medicaid enrollment.
• Experience using CredentialStream or similar systems.
• Familiarity with Availity, CAQH, PECOS portals.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, verify, and maintain payer enrollment documentation for providers and facilities.
• Manage enrollment lifecycle from initiation to activation, including follow-up.
• Submit and track provider enrollments across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
• Coordinate payer contracting and network participation as needed.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and checklists to minimize delays.
