Responsibilities

• Lead PS cross‑department initiatives including leadership team planning, budgeting, and governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee Patient Services Access Programs, Marketing, Quality & Governance, and Enterprise Innovation Strategy.
• Define AI roadmap within Patient Services and strengthen governance of projects.
• Ensure alignment of PS activities with company objectives and patient centricity.
