Job summary

Pfizer seeks a senior leader to shape the strategy and design of patient services across the entire journey for Specialty Care therapies. You will develop program strategies, copay and affordability solutions, hub support, and performance management to deliver meaningful value to patients, providers, and Pfizer.

Reporting to the PPS Specialty Care Business Unit Strategy Lead, you will translate patient insights into innovative support solutions, oversee partnerships with vendors, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant biopharma patient services strategy experience.
• Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operationalization of patient support programs.
• Align patient services with brand objectives and product launches.
• Monitor external landscape and identify trends to optimize programs.
• Oversee hub operations and vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient access strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
